Terms of Service

1. The service

FrameForge ("we", "us") is an AI video studio at aivideogenerations.org that turns written briefs into narrated videos. Scenes are planned, generated, and quality-checked using third-party AI models (including Google Gemini and Veo). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country). You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use FrameForge to create or distribute content that:

  • is illegal, defamatory, harassing, or promotes violence or hatred;
  • infringes someone else's intellectual property — including uploading reference images you don't have rights to use;
  • impersonates a real person or organization in a misleading way, including deceptive deepfakes;
  • is sexually explicit involving minors (zero tolerance);
  • attempts to probe, overload, or abuse the service, its APIs, or its usage limits.

Use of the underlying AI models is additionally subject to Google's Generative AI Prohibited Use Policy.

4. Your content and ownership

You retain ownership of the briefs, reference images, and other material you submit. You grant us the limited license needed to process that material through our AI pipeline to deliver the service. Subject to these terms and applicable model provider policies, you may use the videos you generate for personal or commercial purposes. AI-generated output may not be unique across users and may not be protectable by copyright in some jurisdictions.

5. AI disclaimer

Generated content is produced by AI and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your purpose despite our automated quality checks. Review videos before publishing them. FrameForge is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

6. Payments, credits, and plans

Paid plans are described on the pricing page. One-time packs grant a fixed number of video generations; subscriptions grant monthly credits that reset each billing cycle and do not roll over. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. We may change pricing with notice; changes apply from your next purchase or billing cycle.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of generated content (videos are temporary artifacts — download what you want to keep).

8. Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these terms. Sections 4–7 survive termination.

9. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use after changes means acceptance. Questions: support@aivideogenerations.org.
