Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 5, 2026
1. What we collect
- Account data — your email address and sign-in identity, managed by Firebase Authentication (Google). If you sign in with Google, we receive your email and basic profile from Google. We never see or store your password.
- Content you submit — video briefs, template selections, and optional reference images you upload.
- Generated content — the scene plans, images, and videos produced for you, plus automated quality-evaluation scores.
- Technical data — standard server logs (IP address, request time) kept for security and debugging. We keep your latest job reference in your browser's local storage so you can resume watching a generation.
2. How your content is processed
Briefs and reference images are sent to Google Cloud Vertex AI (Gemini and Veo models) to plan, generate, and evaluate your video. This processing happens under Google Cloud's data-processing terms; we do not use your content to train models.
3. What we don't do
- We do not sell your personal data.
- We do not use your briefs, images, or videos for advertising.
- We do not read your content except to operate or debug the service.
4. Retention
Generated videos are temporary artifacts: they are kept on our servers only for a limited period (and may be removed on service restarts) — download anything you want to keep. Account data is kept while your account exists. Server logs are retained for a short rolling window.
5. Third parties we rely on
- Firebase Authentication (Google) — sign-in and account management
- Google Cloud (Vertex AI, Cloud Run) — AI processing and hosting
- Cloudflare — domain and DNS
Each processes data under its own privacy terms.
6. Your rights
You can request access to or deletion of your account data at any time by emailing support@aivideogenerations.org. Depending on where you live (e.g., EU/EEA under GDPR, California under CCPA), you may have additional rights to correction, portability, and objection.
7. Changes
We will post any changes to this policy here and update the date above. Material changes will be announced on the site.
